HISTORY

In 2023, the National Community Solar Partnership, (NCSP) was created by the United States Department of Energy-(DOE) to offer renewable designs for low-income communities to benefit financially from creating clean energy. Led to this National Renewable Energy Laboratory-(NREL) finding. 

"The essence of the proposed project, to develop greenhouse with solar installations as a way of creating power generating and job producing community hubs and encouraging food sovereignty and economic health is a great idea."

Led to offering the people Puerto Rico.
